Safety
Air Center recognizes that safe transportation of passengers and cargo, and the efficient use of our assets are of primary importance. The primary safety objective at ACHI is accident prevention and the reduction of work related injuries of all employees. The management of ACHI holds the safety and health of its employees in high priority. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all personnel to correct any unsafe condition or practice.
Quality
Air Center has a multi-pronged approach to Quality. As an approved CARB air carrier, ACHI has patterned its plan on the requirements found within the audits used by DoD CARB and the defined additional standards developed for FAA Part 135 air carriers in CARB resource documents to assist in our developed programs and manuals. These include our General Operations Manual, Internal Audit Program, Safety Program, General Maintenance Manual, Fuel Audit Program, Vendor Audit Program, Contract Training Audits just to name a few.
Risk
The Air Center’s risk management program provides a structured, documented method of establishing and promoting a system of continuous improvement. The objective of this program is to proactively identify weaknesses in the company’s maintenance management systems, operational processes, pre-mission risk metrics, flight procedures, and employee training in order to target continuous improvement strategies to reduce safety risks below the maximum allowed by regulations or standards or when the risk is otherwise considered unacceptable.
